Deonte began his training at the age of fifteen with the Gwinnet Ballet in Atlanta, Georgia. He continued his training at the Rock School under Bo and Stephen Spassoff and then went on to the Governor’s School in South Carolina where he trained under Stanislsav Issav. He spent his senior year on scholarship at Houston Ballet. He has attended summer programs at Miami City Ballet, Chautauqua, North Carolina Dance Theatre, Juilliard and Orlando Ballet. This is his first season with Orlando Ballet.
