Andres Estevez
Havana, Cuba
Andres began his training at the Ballet Nacional de Cuba in 1993. Later he joined the Ballet Classico of Havana. He has won Bronze and Silver medals in Cuban competitions and a Gold medal in Brazil and in 1997 he joined Miami City Ballet. He has performed as a principal dancer with Ballet Monterrey in Mexico and Ballet Classico Dominicano. In 1998 Andres joined Orlando Ballet where he has danced principal roles including: Solor in La Bayadere, Albretch in Giselle, Colas in La Fille Mal Gardée, Franz in Coppelia, Basilio in Don Quixote, Krassus in Spartacus and Desire in The Sleeping Beauty. This is his eleventh season with Orlando Ballet.
