Parade of Homes - 2008 Parade of Homes Advertising Campaign

MLB Creative was tasked with the challenging mission of driving qualified traffic to over 140 diverse model homes across Central Florida for the Parade of Homes event.

Home shoppers were instructed to “Look for the Arrow” in a multi-media strategy to attract serious homebuyers with television, radio, internet banner ads, billboards, mass transit and directional signage. The media budget exceeded $600,000 in value.

The campaign focused on directing qualified buyers and possible fence sitters to view the Parade as an opportunity to make the right choice in purchasing a new home during a time when the choices seem endless.
