Meritage Homes
MLB Creative was selected to develop a strategic advertising program for Meritage Homes, the nation’s 12th largest homebuilder. The mission was to drive qualified traffic and finish the sales of new-build communities within one of the top five most challenging and economically weak housing markets in the country, Southwest Florida.
The integrated advertising elements supported a strategic multi-media plan and included display ads, billboard signage, outdoor banners, email blasts, micro-websites, flyers, sales center signage, and internet banner ads.
